- WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently offer shipping of goods to Australia and more recently, New Zealand. You can find shipping times, pricing and packing information in our ‘SHIPPING’ section at the top of the page in the category section.
- DO YOU OFFER PICKUP?
We do offer pickup, but a specific day and time must be organised with us in order for you to pick up your order. Once you receive an email confirming when your order is ready, then you will have to contact us via email, phone or social media to discuss further. Please do not arrive at the pickup address without organizing with us about said procedure.
- CAN I ORDER SOMETHING NOT ON THE WEBSITE?
We are always happy to provide any sort of special order for you, s long as it is available to us via our various distributors. If you are after a specific item, or even a simple restock of a release, you can contact us through our various channels and we can work from there.
- HOW DO I KNOW WHAT DISCS WORK ON MY PLAYER?
Be sure you can play the discs you purchase from us before you order them!
This is extremely important as many of the items we sell are imported via distributors around the world.
Due to having to deal with a huge amount of items and pre-orders constantly channeling through our retail store, it can be incredibly hard to keep up with what certain releases are region free, or in other cases a region code that does not play on a local Australian player. We try our best to provide said information in the item description on label releases that advertise their region codes, but unfortunately it can be difficult so we apologize if we do not provide it.
If you are interested in knowing if a certain release is region locked and are unsure, you are more than welcome to contact us through our various avenues.
We heavily recommend owning a region free Blu-Ray player before committing to order through us. It's absolutely worth it in the long run, worry free, and extremely convenient. If you are having trouble deciding on what region player might be best, you can always send us an email.
REGION 1: USA and Canada (NTSC)
REGION 2: Europe (PAL), Japan (NTSC), South Africa, Middle East
REGION 3: South-East Asia (primarily NTSC)
REGION 4: Central and South America (NTSC), Australia (PAL), New Zealand (PAL)
REGION 5: Former Soviet Union, India, Pakistan, Africa (primarily NTSC)
REGION 6: China (primarily NTSC)
Region A: North America, Central America, South America, Japan, Taiwan, North Korea, South Korea, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
Region B: Europe, Greenland, French territories, Middle East, Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
Region C: India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Mainland China, Pakistan, Russia, Central and South Asia.
Please note that even when import Blu-Rays are all region, not all special features will play on all players.
- DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
All sales are final EXCEPT for noticeable damage or defective discs.
Defective discs can be exchanged for the same title only (if item is not in stock, a refund will be needed). We will not take back titles that will not play in your player due to PAL or regional coding. See region coding above before purchasing any items.
Furthermore, we are aware that many of these ‘modified’ and ‘region free’ players are very temperamental. When possible, please try the disc in another player before contacting us for a return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are an extremely small retailer with limited resources, so please be absolutely sure if your item contains an issue before inquiring about a refund. Images of any damage is also required.
- CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER?
We do add to orders, as long as you can let us know in time before we ship!
To do this, simply email us as soon as possible at email@example.com and let us know which item/s you wish to add. Or, use code ADDTO at checkout! More information on how to purchase the item/s will be provided via communication.
We can be extremely fast at shipping, so there is always the chance we will be ship out an order already before you decide to add to your order. If this happens, we will contact you on the matter and we can either cancel the added item/s, offer to post the order for an extra flat shipping fee, or simply hold the item/s until you place another paid shipping order and wish to add the item/s to that future order.
- IF AN ITEM IS IN MY CART IS IT ALLOCATED TO ME?
No. An item is not allocated to you once it is in your cart. To keep it fair for all customers, payment must be accepted if you wish to secure any release/s.
- HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM COMES WITH A SLIPCOVER OR IS OUT OF PRINT?
Yes, we all love Slipcovers and Out of Print stuff that can be hard to get...
When an item is added to the DeadEndDVD store that includes a slipcover or is considered out of print via reputable sites and sources, we will be sure to let you know via the title of the actual item.
Look for the '[SLIPCOVER]' branding at the end of an item's title which will confirm that a certain title does in fact come with a slipcover.
Look for the '[OOP]' branding at the end of an item's title which will confirm that a certain title is, in fact, rare and out of print (which might mean it won't last very long on the site).
