Trouble is the rule in "Angel Town", the heart of Los Angeles, where once peaceful streets surrounding a major university have become a cauldron of urban chaos and fear. Forced to answer their vicious attacks, Jacques dispenses his own special brand of brutal street justice - one on one. The fierce confrontations become a running battle rising to a thundering climax on the hot, angry, explosive streets of "Angel Town".
